I am sure they will. They can double up on the Chrysler dealer network, along with Fiat and Ferrari…. It’s all the same company these days.

Alfa Romeo has tried a couple of times in the past to establish a dealer network and presence in the US which didn't end well.

Automobile mag has a new Alfa 4C that looks a bit like the Nissan 370Z from the side - I wonder if they will have staying power this time?
