One of the hot sports car mags of the early 70’s listed the 308 gt4 as a great driver – but just not a great looker.  Then Pinnen came along and made a 2+2 into a 1+1.  Same tests then given to the GTB (Fiberglas at the time) and described the handling as ‘wanting.’  Well - - - shoot man, a 33/67 weight distribution, wadda ya want but there’s a good chance of getting flashed – well, back then Magnum PI was hot too.
