Fellippe,

Please excuse my brevity earlier, I was on the road and really dislike doing emails on my phone.  I don't think a Proxy is your best option.  Really, for what you are trying to do, your best bet is a VPN (Virtual Private Network) service of some sort.  Depending on the service you choose, will determine the VPN client you will have to install on your devices.  This allows all your traffic to go to and from your VPN provider encrypted.  Your ISP will have NO idea where you go or what your do.  By chosing one of the provider's hosts in the US, Pandora will think you are in the US.   I strongly suggest OpenVPN as a client (there are others) and you can use services such as:

https://www.privateinternetaccess.com   (yearly, no data cap)

or 

https://www.privatetunnel.com/  (buy as you need)

I run my own VPN service at home and route all my mobile device through my home UTM (pfSense) anytime I'm on public WIFI and urge anyone using public WIFI to run a VPN client as well.   It is just soooooooo easy now for any kid to launch a "man in the middle" hack on your devices its not funny.  And anyone who thinks their Apple devices are immune...  you're wrong.  Period!!

Since I follow some of "uncle Steve's" (J) posts on another forum I know he has a super high speed internet connection.  If he is not already running a VPN from home... A) he should, B) maybe we could convince him to host Ferrari Chat user's VPN connection.
