I've been with them for over 10 years and love it. Here's another benefit: I have one account, but have receivers in three houses. 3 receivers in main house in Seattle (where we are most the time), 2 at the cabin in Eastern Washington, and one at the Utah house (where I go for a week every month during the school year).

I only pay the one service fee every month, and just $5 extra per month for additional receivers. I installed the dishes myself at the cabin and in Utah. The cabin is close enough to Seattle to still get spot-beamed the local stations, but for the Utah house I just did this:

With cable, I would have had to pay three separate bills.
