I had a similar experience with the turn signal/hazard switch in 2005. The turn signals worked Only when I did not need them. I would flip the switch 30 times and the turn signals would work Then fail when a semi was behind me and I was turning left. I tried to find a turn signal relay but NA was the standard answer. So I pulled the switch, cleaned it, rebuilt and replaced it NOS. Still failed, I tried several from NAPA until I found a turn signal relay that worked, so much for yellow box with the horse on it. I still do not understand why the flipping the hazard switch would make the turn signals ( I know it is in the hazard/turn signal circuit ) work. Stephen Sent from my iPad
