They are not. The Ferrari version has larger pistons and a spacer between the two haves.

I thought they are identical to those of a Porsche 914.

I don't think you will find new ones and if you do find them Im sure the price will be outrageous, 

 

they can be rebuilt

Does anyone have a recommendation regarding where to find both left and right rear calipers for my 85 308?  Apparently they are leaking(found out during a spirited drive last weekend…..)
