CIS Fuel flow check

Constant Injection System (CIS) fuel flow delivery systems are easy to
check.  Regardless of marque.
1. Remove the air filter
2. Key On Engine Off (KOEO) lift up or depress the CIS air flow sensor
plate.
3. Listen for the injector squealing - Yes?  Fuel is flowing.  No?  no fuel
yet.

This method is quite effective to prime the system when bumble headed
drivers run their tanks dry.  That's how I found out about this method with
Porsche CIS.
