Once the systems had non leaking connections they tend to remain non leaking." Agreed. OR, as Rick pointed out - driving about without an air cleaner/spark arrester on a carbed car. Wild valve overlap causes carb spit back - soaks engine silencer foam = Car-B-Que. DOUG
