Just joking about the prancing horse guys…. Yes, Charles the legs can be repositioned, and I found they conveniently slip between the seat and center console for those “non-spirited drives”. We call the Cupsy the Swiss Army Knife of cup holders J This video shows how the legs move around like a running back looking for the slot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbQFvrws9HY In any event, I still had time to take the 308 out for a quick drive between wind storms this weekend, and I found 1 track all the way down in New Mexico that will let me hot lap with my 11yo son, thus all is good! Mark Lueker 85 308gtsi From: Charles Perry [mailto:charles [at] carolina-sound.com] Pretty sure a Prancing Horse logo would get your fun startup sued out of existence, but otherwise looks pretty interesting. J So is it supported on the thin posts at the bottom? Is it just a pressure fit between the seat and the center console? Good luck! -- charles From: Ferrari [mailto:ferrari-bounces+charles=carolina-sound.com [at] ferrarilist.com] On Behalf Of Mark Random thought for Thanksgiving weekend. Sitting here stuffed with leftover turkey, sipping a homebrew, watching football – and had a moment of inspiration. I just added a cupholder to the 308….. My wife and I are starting a small company for fun, and we developed/patented a new cupholder for the couch/bed/beach – and I just realized it would work in the Ferrari J Now I just need a prancing horse logo….. Hope your weekend was similarly thoughtful and restful, Mark Lueker 85 308 |
