Shares of stock – I audited a small mid-west company who gave ONE share of 
their real pretty paper stock security to an employee on their first year 
anniversary.   Then every 5 years thereafter – 5 shares, 10 shares and so 
forth.  The emplyees framed them and put them up in their cubicle.  They LOVED 
their company.  Treated it as if it were their own – my my.  What a concept.  
Oh yeah – the company was “See’s Candy shop” The kicker – it’s not.  It’s 
forest green clean.

This IPO will make Ferrari more money than the law allows

You will have dealers selling cars and giving shares away with each car they 
buy!
The ascot blazer crowd will buy them !
Everyone of the chatters Ferrari type will buy them!
The Porsche crowd will buy them for toilet paper!
The Mercedes F-1 team will buy them for shop rags !
FCA will use it as a marketing ploy in order for you to become a member!
The list is endless!
Remember you can put a prancing horse on a turd ( read 348) and people will buy 
it!
In victory you deserve Champagne
In defeat you need it!
