I've decided on the dark aluminum sport watch. I've been frustrated with "good" Swiss watches (my Rolex runs fast enough to be annoying, Girard Perregaux has been benchmarking Ferrari belt servicing pricing) that I just don't see the value add for those luxury watches. I'd like to get a Patek world time, but I'd rather keep that $40k earning 5-8% in equities and not get one more surprise service bill. No muss, no fuss. Hate picking up my phone to look up the time.
I just want stuff that works, not stuff that causes the anoraks to oooh and aaahhhh....

No more rectangle imprints on women's butts, no more '80s-pocket-calculater-like holsters hanging from guys' belts. Not bad. Of course, it won't help the millenials who have to carry a movie screen around with them 24/7...but nothing says they can't have both!
