10 years ago I had a radical prostatectomy.  Results: I'm cancer free and when 
I bend over I pee in my pants.  I find myself imitating a horse in 1910 shying 
from a motor car banging its way down a road.  I just have to really work at it 
to get it on with reassembling our 308.  We're doing it - but I really have to 
work at wanting to work on it.

Ah....  Upside-down, head and neck craned in odd positions, no room for legs, 
arms twisted in positions that would make one seem like a spastic monkey....    
You (née, we) are getting too old for that crap my friend!  I feel your pain 
just thinking about it
