Some of the model car paint manufacturers (like Tamiya and I think Testors as well) have clear amber and red paint, for obviously, painting clear plastic lenses on model cars (and planes and whatever else). That would probably work on these bulbs to give them that extra color tint...

I wish they had them in red, as the color is better inside a red lens, but they're still WAY better than the originals. :)
