The panel that the clock is mounted on has a couple of screws to remove.
Once you've done that the rest is obvious.
You can change the lens yourself. Use a couple of very small screw drivers(I found it helpful to bend the tip of 1 at a 90deg. angle.) Start working from the underside of the bezel, gently prying it off without bending, moving in small increments. Reinstalling it is a snap.

It's plastic because of the hole needed for the winding stem at the bottom. To replace the lens, you need to CAREFULLY remove the chrome trim ring which retains the bezel to the gauge body, by GENTLY prying the lower edge, all around. It's very easy to scratch and permanently deform the trim ring if you're not careful. Behind that aluminum panel, the gauge is held in place by a U-shaped bracket. On my GT4, the aluminum panel has screws on the front face and it's easy enough to remove, but with your GTS, I believe you need to remove the binnacle first and that needs to be done from below. Hopefully those with GTB/GTS cars can explain this better...Peter From: mysavard [at] videotron.ca To: ferrari [at] ferrarilist.com; dino308gt4 [at] hotmail.com Subject: Re: [Ferrari] foggy clock glass Date: Mon, 14 Sep 2015 08:02:05 -0400 Thank you.
