Well, Merry Christmas to you too -rick and all the others who celebrate this season too.  –rick if you are to ferret out a list I would be interested in the results.

I fondly recall the early List participation.  Full of very interesting technical tid bits and - - - flames.  Oh those flame wars.  They were like digital drive by’s.  like Italian taxi drivers arguing over right-of-ways in downtown Rome.

I re-met my old roomie (1968 and 9 era) after maybe 25 years of absence – Ferrari Willi.  It was thru him that met up with the Dan Gurney team on South Broadway in Santa Ana, Kalifornia.  That and seemingly hundreds of races because of our press passes.  And of course there was cLyDE.  ‘nuff said there – heh heh.  If the pot wasn’t boiling he’d manage to stir it a bit.  Ah, those were the days.

Onward

Merry Christmas everyone...and all the other holiday salutations.

I just realized, as 2016 approaches, that I have been a List member for 20 YEARS! I joined a bit before buying my 308GTB in January of 1997. Steve, when did you introduce the Ferrari List? And do you have a membership roll, or number of members, from 1996? I don't have a clue how I found it, or how I was introduced to The List. My earliest friend there was Peter Henrys in Australia. Rui Gigante and Ric Rainbolt followed shortly thereafter. I find it fascinating that most all of those earliest members still are friends and stay in touch.
