Wow - that's news to me! They did not tell me that when I sent Matt Boyd's clock there, in fact, I'm pretty certain it was just the opposite - they were happy to do the job. But then, my experience was 8 or 10 years ago..... I hope you're happy with the job West Valley Instruments does for you, and am sorry that my advice turned out to be more challenging. I look forward to hearing the end of the story (and seeing pics?). I called first. Thank god! A guy, forgot his name, said they didn't repair Ferrari clocks. Eventhough I only need a new glass. They accept delivery and then they send the clock to WEST VALLEY INSTRUMENTS in California. He adviced that I should send the clock directly to West Valley Instrument instead to save money.
