But he already has one, he wants a Spyder.

His arms are tired from opening the doors of the LaFerrari.

If he is looking to donate the LaFerrari to a 72 year old that would like to have that problem, I am that man. :-)

The guy had an opportunity to buy the 500th LaFerrari during that auction two weeks ago.

I'm sure he's not starving for cash. The final hammer price at $7M - which is A LOT (too much in my opinion) - was probably do-able for him. If he wanted one THAT BADLY (enough to drop a $1M cheque sight-unseen, prior to worldwide public debut) and if he didn't bid, then it's his loss.

I'm also sure Sergio isn't losing sleep over pissing him off.

Preston is one guy. There had to be plenty others who got turned down to be on the list. I wonder if they tried to bid on this last one as well?

They shouldn't worry, Ferrari will come out with another hyper-exotic in a few years... Meanwhile, he'll have fun with his NSX.

What other possible lawsuit could he bring onto Ferrari (that would stick)?
