It will be cold and grey everywhere except maybe very southern Spain and the 
islands unless you are lucky. That said London great choice. How about Sicily? 
Can't go wrong with Sicily. Scandinavia is great but cd dark and grey however 
very different from the desert.  I'm
Moving to Stockholm in May so I know the area. Copenhagens good for a few days. 
Munich is a great city as well.
