Hamilton complained 10 sec stop was not harsh enough, the pit stop delta of 20 + 10 if he could have stayed out would have be plenty, but the team let Hamilton down by not securing the bolster.

A review of the initial collision between Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel has confirmed the former's assertions he did not brake-test the championship leader, but Vettel found himself awarded 3 penalty points on his license for the "potentially dangerous" manoeuvre that followed shortly after.
