Interesting, to say the least. But what of Mercedes leaving F1 in a few years?

the threat of Ferrari leaving F1 because the new owner of F1 not wanting to pay Ferrari to play, think that is an idle threat since Ferrari built a new F1 facility.

ESPN taking over broadcast from NBC who will be the announcers. Lee has NBC contract. Steve would be an asset! David is still an asset, he is 78/79. I am sure there are other drivers tat would like the job but he has big shoes to fill.

Just food for thought.
