I alway thought ONLY a dealer could make arrangements for the Factory Tour.
Did they specifically mention walking Factory Tour with guide ? Because there 
is a Bus Tour Factory Tour. They drive you around the factory with a guide in 
the small bus, but they never let you out of the bus and no pictures either.
As for the museums, it’s worth going at both, ENZO MUSEUM in Modena and FERRARI 
MUSEUM in Maranello. They have packages (visit both museums) where you can take 
a bus provided by them from Maranello to Modena.
