Yes taking them out was the hardest thing I ever did. Of course I reinstalled the oem ones like an idiot. I’m overdue for a timing belt change on my 1975, and service for both. You all should be hearing more from me soon! Ha

True true Brian UNLESS those pins are already rusted in place!!

 

Will, the craftsman who redid my 78’s doors, even made a special tool to get at those pesky pins. 

To no avail as the previous pictures will show. 

He had to cut the hinge apart to allow placement of a replacement hinge plate.
