Out of a QV owner's manual:  "lower the car and complete the tightening (10 
Kgm) of the bolts."
Best I could do unless you want to apply my old Polish boss's formula - tighten 
until it snaps then back off one half turn.
Not recommended for wheel bolts

I know I’ve seen it somewhere in owner’s manual or parts manual, etc, but I
