I was able to watch the actual races in Austria and England, but missed qualy in each case.  Seems qualy is broadcast on ESPN NEWS, and my cable provider doesn't have it.

I'd guess that the ESPN mobile app would work, but I need to put on my thinking cap and figure out a way to record it, as it doesn't seem to support on-demand streaming.

ITV usually has a 7-8 minute summary clip on their facebook page if you just want to get the executive summary of the race.

Might be a good time to remind everyone of the “SPOILER” courtesy in the subject line. Not everyone gets to watch the race same day, so we’ve traditionally included that tag for a week on race news so that people who catch up late don’t lose the drama.

Looks as if after a half season that the Ferrari is the best car on the grid.  Can't remember when I last heard that said.  F1 actually has piqued my interest more this year than the last five or so.
