Is David Schirmer(sp?) still in the NWFCA? I know there are a ton of Daves/Davids in the club, but he was the guy who had a ‘glass 308 GTB, totally original, not restored. The last time I saw him was when I bumped into him at Concorso in Monterey in 2004. He was spectating if I remember correctly, he didn’t have his car there as he was concerned about the drive down (the car was so original, it even had the original fuel lines!). Damn, that was so long ago.

P.S. Speaking of a group of people with the same names, I’ve gone through life rarely bumping into another Peter until a few years ago when at work, there was up to four of “us” at one time. They are gone now, but at least in our local Alfa Romeo club there are still three Peters. I always make sure I include my last name in any email exchange amongst ourselves, which I don’t do at any other time.

There were several guys from Seattle.  One drove a change of color 308GTB-S?  gave us step by step photos.  Beautifully Fly Yellow color change
