Likely not enough money as well.  Rule number one of racing, if you can't afford to stuff it, you shouldn't be out there.  My guess is that the ass clown was making payments...

Actually, Mr. Keegan and I witnessed the exact same thing years back in front of FerrParts one clear Saturday morning.   Only he bounced a new Ferrari off at least two other cars...   the last of which was a historic Drag Race car of significant provenance.   $$$$$
