When they realized that you're not spending enough cash on parts or repairs at your local dealer, that's when (and why).  Duh.  (<-- sorry, just kidding!  And I know, I know....  you were being facetious, right?  ;-) )

But I think there's a sub-market here you could tap.  If they can charge $11K+ to drive a 308 or Mondial 3.2, it would seem to me that you'd have folks lined up around the block at the discounted rate of, say, only $10K to drive a (that is to say, "your") 308 and listen to you expound upon the differences between that car and a Mondial (as a former owner/driver of same).  Hahahahaha!!  🙂

I used to get Ferrari things from Ferrari as an owner via both email and
mail. Not sure when and why that stopped....
