Junk it. New vehicles aren’t worth fixing/saving. Especially with the amount of physical damage you’ve described, this is basically scrap.

 

As gas prices continue to rise, you may be able to get a good deal on a bigger truck...

 

BTW, the only dick in your story is that first insurance adjuster.
