The saga of our pal Clyde continues . . . . “It failed *readiness* WTF over!” Glad you got the EVAP monitor to run ok. But “readiness” . . . Hurumph - - - - hey Clyde – I TOLD you that the car has to go thru so many drive cycles to test all the monitors . . . warm ups, shut downs, etc. ESPECIALLY if the battery has been disconnected, discharged, recharged etc. Although you didn’t say that occurred I am including the following just for the benefit of lurking brethren. OK – here is the readiness drive cycle program. FOLLOW IT EGG-ZACTLY. http://ferrariworkshop.com/content/5-ferrari-drive-cycle-readdiness-procedure.html Also, there is a big old fat green book that covers most of the US approved vehicles. By law, any smog repair shop has to have it – at least in Kalifornia. Remember what I said about OBD II – ALL vehicles, registered in the US, since model year 1996 had to have OBD II software and ALL OBD II software is exactly the same except for the differences. (sic) In the big old green book, each vehicle has two pages of steps to set the readiness monitors. I don’t recall exactly the page titles but I think one page is for city and the other page is for highway. Bon Chance mon ami Doug From: Ferrari [mailto:ferrari-bounces+dnt=dock.net [at] ferrarilist.com] On Behalf Of Clarence Romero Jr. Well it was the gas cap Had the light reset It failed because I didn’t drive it enough! It failed *readiness* WTF over! Seats stopped working again Figure the circuit is in series since both don’t work Has to be a loose connection somewhere Other than that it’s code one It accelerates like a light F-4 at 350kts
