I got an email 2 weeks ago for tickets at 40% off for Paul Ricard. That’s a big discount in F1. The traffic problem was horrendous last year. I’m sure they solved it this year, but only because they had such a small crowd.

There was a time when motorsports track infields, stands, streets and
hillsides were jamb packed. 
Even practice days sometimes had more fans than race day.
Dunno why.
