I sent mine out to Jet-Hot to have them ceramic coated with their highest thermal barrier, too. It was only about $200, and it was worth it.
The alternative is to have Fabio Fiammenghi build a complete exhaust system. His exhaust manifolds are a work of art, but not cheap. I think that might be my next mod, but it's a long way off:
Also, with the long road trips that you make with your 575M, you might be interested in adding cruise control. I did it a few years ago, and it's fantastic. the only caveat is that it's not as smooth as a true OEM application when coasting on a downhill grade; the magnetic pulses-per-mile pickup on the Hall effect sensor is not as sophisticated as a something engineered in a modern car, but it other than that minor issue, it works fantastic. I use it all the time when I'm on long trips:
