Don’t worry, in about 15-20 years time, there’ll be a nostalgic wave of CDs making a comeback amongst the “kids” of the future...

 

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the best recording method for posterity reasons is on vinyl (or at least a spinning disc with physical grooves on it).

They’re phasing out CDs now because vinyl is making such a big comeback. I’m hoping they bring back the gear lever also...
