Clyde, you hit the nail on the head with that one!
I tried to like Senna, but, ... Fangio was the master; perfect
equipoise and concentration. All the other drivers truly admired and
respected him. Moss said something very interesting about him; in '55 at
SPA, Neubauer, team manager for Mercedes, criticized him (Moss) for following
Fangio to closely. Remember, these were the days of no Armco Barriers or
seat belts and Fangio was blowing down the straights at 180! Neubauer said
"what if he makes a mistake"? Moss replied, Fangio doesn't make
mistakes!!!

Agreed. Lewis is capable of getting every bit the car has to offer. He is not capable of wringing more out of a car than the car is on paper... like Senna, Schumi and Alonso could. On Sunday, September 22, 2019, 8:12:17 AM PDT, Clarence Romero Jr. <clyderomerof4 [at] gmail.com> wrote:_________________________________________________________________
Those of us who have been watching formula one for the last couple of years have seen LEWIS Hamilton run away from the pack. And win championships. Lewis was called the UBER driver, all the poles and wins etc. But those of us who truly knew his skill set was tied the the car.No car, no win, no Hamilton! The lean years when El Douche' ( known as Lewis)did not have the car he sank to his skill set, i.e. No championships.Luck over skill played into his hands going to Mercedes.Granted this is not the first race of the season, but as in quadratic equations when graphed,All the solutions are on the graphed line, some are positive and some negative, but they are all there! We now see when Ferrari is given the equivalent equipment, Lewis is not up to the task.We have have seen this before, but the bigger question has Lewis seen it?Because the race results are on the graphed line!Lewis will win the championship this year much like JV and JB did in the past,They are so many points ahead this season, but a bell has been rung!Forza FerrariIf you have no enemies, you have no character !Clyde RomeroMariettA,GeorgiaConfidentiality Notice: This e-mail ( including attachments ) is covered by the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, 18 U.
