It looks like what they did with Ferrari Daytona 30 years ago advertising a Spyder for an increasing amount of $$ in Autoweek for months the advertising it sold for more time.

Seems like someone is trying to make a market for Z cars, as no sane person is paying that much. let's see if the transaction completes.
