True. But... A state's insurance commission can make things very difficult for an insurance company. It's sort of extortion. But it happens. I've seen here in Oregon where complaints by an individual to the commission can make miracles happen. The insurance companies do not want complaints filed, and will bend over backwards to avoid that happening. Hans.
