I have kept in contact with Rui so know the pressure of work he has been through.

 

Here in UK we are possibly a bit behind the curve with infections, though rising Our government are trying to flatten the curve of infections to alleviate the impact on health services. Whether that works or not, who knows, but I agree the strategy.. Tonight they took the semi nuclear strategy of closing all pubs. restaurants etc but allied with paying wages at 80%. No idea where the money is coming from but sensible.

 

Have serious worries about my future pension investments, but heck!

 

Biggest concern is not being able to see my lovely granddaughters for many weeks. But Facetime is a saver.

 

Meanwhile Carol and I are fine.

 

Look after yourself and stay safe my friends.

I know my parents are in lockdown in Florida but they are very old so they didn’t need to wait to be told. I do wonder when I’ll be able to fly over there again. 6 months? It’s going to be interesting times. I’m certain Sweden is just two weeks behind the UK. We will see. At least the stores are still full and no rioting over toilet paper here as in the U.K. let’s hope we hear from Francis.......
