In an auction, always start low. You can always raise your bid. Early response by seller to the first bid of $2,468 was “feels the same as $246,000” indicates expectations are much higher than $246K. Don’t know where high bid will end up but it isn’t 2016 any more. Not a good time to be selling anything like this.
