Yea I saw that car a while back
It’s a nice car but the SA crowd always asked a premium for the car and I am sorry the top is an issue at best
There isn’t one guy who owns one that doesn’t complain about the top mechanics and I am willing to bet they leak as well
Check on Ferrari Chat
So to me it’s just a pop top 575 with issues
I would not pay more than $90 k for it
Keep in mind you cannot get parts for the top !

6k-Mile 2005 Ferrari 575 Superamerica

This 2005 Ferrari 575 Superamerica was sold new by Ferrari of Long Island in Plainview, New York and is one of 559 examples produced with a retractable electrochromic roof panel. Power is provided by a 5.75-liter DOHC V12 mated to a six-speed F1 automated manual gearbox, and additional equipment includes Daytona seats, fender shields, 19″ modular wheels, and more. The car was featured in a May 2019 BaT Auction and is now listed again by the same seller, with mileage remaining at 6k. This Superamerica is offered by the seller on behalf of its current owner with a Carfax report and a clean Washington State title in the owner’s name.

The body is finished in metallic gray and features Scuderia fender shields as well as a power-operated Revocromico rotating glass hardtop with five tint levels adjustable via a dial in the cabin. The condition of the paint and trim is shown up close in the gallery below.

Modular 19″ wheels wear Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires all around, while braking is handled by cross-drilled rotors with silver four-piston calipers. The Carfax report notes a front-end accident in April 2007 that left the car in functional condition, though further details are unavailable.

The cabin is trimmed in dark blue leather over power-adjustable Daytona seats with silver stitching as well as the dash, center console, door panels, and steering wheel. The car is equipped with F1 paddle shifters and a factory stereo.

Instrumentation includes a red-faced central tachometer with a 7,700-rpm redline and an odometer showing just under 6k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added by the current owner.

The 5.75-liter quad-cam V12 drives the rear wheels via an electrohydraulically-controlled six-speed transmission. Factory output was rated at 533 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque, enough to propel the car from zero to 60 mph in just over four seconds and on to a reported top speed of 199 mph in contemporary testing. A belt service was conducted approximately 2k miles ago at the seller’s repair facility, though another is now required due to the time elapsed since.

The April 2019 Carfax report lists registration on the East Coast as well as in Florida, Texas, and Washington through early 2016, also indicating the aforementioned accident in April 2007. A driving video that also shows operation of the roof is provided below.
