The economy will bounce back . . . but when?

It’s similar to a fellow who bungy cords off a 20 story bridge . . . and at the bottom . . . he stops then bounces back and forth.

Trick is to make sure the cord, fully stretched, isn’t 21 stories long.

Same same for collector car prices – don’t buy or sell cheap and enjoy what you have.

Cheers

If you think it is bad now - and it has been sliding back from the insanity - it is about to get worse.

My company is looking at 50-75% of our tenants not currently operating and we anticipate as much as half of them will not reopen.   Our restaurants are already toast - already filed the dissolution- and it does not look good for anyone but the chains.

By the time this is over it will be like the year I closed the Carcierge.  It wasn’t that everyone lost all their money- some did - but even clients with money weren’t flaunting it.

God deals then, better ones coming.

Clyde,

I must be the person you have in mind. (Probably not too many 512TR owners in the Philadelphia area.)  You're correct, I previously expressed some mild interest in selling, based primarily on the fact that for various reasons I only infrequently get around to driving it. (Yeah, a pity.)

So although I remain perfectly content to continue to hold it indefinitely, if you aware of a possible, serious buyer -- at a non-Clyde price -- I would be willing to discuss the possibility.  (One of the reasons I've been reluctant to pursue a sale is a lack of confidence in determining a fair price -- and that is certainly true in what appears to be the current "market" for exotic (or however one might describe them) vehicles.)

Larry
