Like you, if I see Challenge style or Challenge grille, I assume it's the OEM 
perforated metal one. 

That said, at least on the 360 and newer cars, there were some aftermarket ones 
made of carbon fiber that had slotted openings instead of the perforated metal. 
I've seen those referred to as Challenge-style grilles. Just depends on who 
made them.

Any model! I keep seeing on BAT Challenge style? I know what I call a Challenge 
grille looks like. To me it is a challenge grille NOT a challenge-style grille. 
Just trying to figure out the difference ie Rolex or Rolex style.
