Don’t get hung up on the actual number, there is a currency devaluation factor that drives the behavior.

This is likely to occur just like it did 30 years ago when anything with a Ferrari badge was 100K plus. Remember not too long ago TR's were 45k for clean driven examples. Now everything with a 3rd pedal has gone way up, and when this trend dies so will the prices.
