Great write-up. Although, the car came into it’s own a few years ago – once they hit 40 years old, everybody noticed them and then wanted to have one. I consider myself very lucky to be in the right place, at the right time, to buy one when they weren’t on the radar. I picked it up for the U.S. Dollar equivalent of $18K ($25K CDN) and haven’t looked back. No matter who it is, those that own one never want to give them up and those that have, have regretted it.

 

Even though the photos in this article are attributed to Jeff Koch, they looked really familiar... Scrolling down to the last, there it was, a Washington license plate. This was the ex-Mike B. of Port Townsend, WA. 308 GT4, S/N: 10480. I was very familiar with this car back in the early 2000’s.
