I have driven quite a few 308's in all iterations and these are the worst performing. The added weight of bumpers, thicker glass and emissions controls plus the low power output of the early injected engines in US trim destroyed the performance. Strangely, because the production numbers are low, the GTB's of this era have become desirable due to rarity.
