So, I go back to my original hypothesis - with the service and the 89’ suspension, brakes and wheels - I’d say close to spot on pricing, this week.

Yes, they are the convex type. Based on the serial number, this car will have the revised suspension and ABS brakes (that starts with S/N: 76626. This car is #77621). The earlier concave wheels are not interchangeable with this series (different offset).

Considering the modifications (Electromotive ignition system), non-original interior upholstery and what wasn’t disclosed in the listing – extra switches on the center console for a long-removed radar system (I talked with the seller a few days ago, asking him what those were for), I felt it was a more than fair bid for an ‘88 (plus, it was pretty close to my max budget, factoring the BaT commission, currency exchange [US to CDN] plus international shipping and importation costs).
