When I moved to Sweden in 2017 I knew my 20 years of driving BMWs was over because the cost of new cars here would blow your mind. Plus new Germany cars come only with a 2 year warranty because quite frankly, they can get away with it. Insane the same car in the UK with a 5 years warranty has 2 years here.

Anyway went shopping, bought a new Kia Sportage ( gotta have the AWD here) with a 7 year warranty and never looked back. It ain’t German, it ain’t a BMW but it cost me 30% of what an X3 would cost and I have nothing to pay if it breaks. Gotta save money for the Ferrari...

Korean cars 10 years ago? No! 

Today, worth a look if you don’t want to spend a fortune. I’m happy with it.

One of the first dealers I called tells me - “just so you know we are charging a $6000 premium over MSRP”

I responded - “just so you know, you can tell your sales manager that killed the deal - don’t bother calling back.”

I have 4 other dealers who are far more reasonable, including one who is UNDER MSRP.

ZERO patience for greedy a-holes.

I get that it is a popular truck, but your whole industry is underwater and - based on their attempt to gouge me - I will NEVER consider buying a vehicle from that dealer.
