When I was still involved with Historic TransAM, we ran The Glen a few times.  It's a beautiful area of the country.

Running the full track (with the boot) was tricky in a heavy 60s era car.

On the small roadways, even with our small event, traffic was murder.  I can't imagine what it was like when F1 ran there... or for that matter, NASCRAP.

PS: riding to the track with a hungover Vic Edelbrock in a rental min-van was a real white knuckle exercise too...
