Great to see that Ferrari actually planned ahead for its cars to be upside down!!! 😊 And how did the pump go over bumpy or undulating roads? On/off/on/off…!

So, could you start the car and get out or was the pump circuit completely reliant on butts in the seat?
NO - #^#*((?(*^) 50# sack of sand or grocery’s or someone’s kid would have to sit IN the drivers seat to keep the fuel pump circuit completed. Doug

So, while the rest of the world would use a gravity switch somewhere in the engine bay (think solenoid looking device), Ferrari depended on the driver’s fat ass being in the seat…
