All of my non-daily drivers have vintage plates (one time fee of $25, no annual tax), else I was going to put TABRNAK on the Bentley and some riff of VAFF on the Ferraris.  All would have been legal.  Must have spent too many formative years in St. Leonard...

Clever.

1982, Kalifornia now allows up to seven digits.  The most requested plate?  PORSCHE. 

Lottery held and a 20 something fellow a (gulp) Toyota truck owner won it.  “well, one of these days I’ll get a Porsche.”

Last time I saw the plate it was on a 1960’s 356 silver Porsche Carrera 2.  Four cam engine took over 100 hours to put together.
