For 45.00 order one from Rhino and let’s see what it looks like. I have a new chin spoiler ( thanks Clyde) I’m going to fit but it’s literally a piece of plastic. 3000 dollars? Insane is not the word.
Front hood shocks from Superformance work perfectly. Take 30 min to install ( or get from Brian at T Rutland). I found another pair very cheap on eBay that mounted even easier than the ( proper ones) as they are 1 cm shorted and don’t have to be pte compressed to fit. Seriously it’s 30 min of work to fit both. I want to get a spare chin spoiler so if you get the Rhino let’s compare.

Am 90% certain I will try to sell my 1992 512TR in a month or two on Bring a Trailer. Sure looks like this is a good time to do so. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1994-ferrari-512-tr-3/ Although I could sell it as is and theoretically let all the perceived shortcomings be reflected in the ultimate price, for a number of reasons I am nevertheless considering fixing a few things prior to listing. One is replacing the severely damaged black piece of trim that I thought was commonly referred to as the front spoiler.  (I think that’s what it’s called, but both Ferrari and Scuderia Car Parts seem to call it a “side covering plate”?! https://www.scuderiacarparts.com/part-finder/ferrari/512/oe/24/1832/33745https://www.scuderiacarparts.com/part/24803/ferrari/63024600/side-covering-plate.html .)  Often a casualty of rough, poorly paved streets, like the one I’m on (right, Clyde?). Can anyone point me to a reasonable (whatever that may mean in this context – doesn’t severely shock my conscience?) source? In a similar vein, does anyone know anything about what Rhino Lip apparently sells for that purpose – or even heard of them? https://rhinolip.com/   https://www.ebay.com/itm/323604162041?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160811114145%26meid%3D875e522b503d43a6a697925308c5a834%26pid%3D100667%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D8%26sd%3D323604162041%26itm%3D323604162041%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2334524%26brand%3DDuraflex&_trksid=p2334524.c100667.m2042#viTabs_0

Some other odds and ends I’ll have my mechanic make sure are properly functioning are AC, heater, front hood shocks and stuck glove box (motor broken?).
