DiHorse and PerfectLaser both sell them on the open market.  I’ve used both.   The video is 5 years old.  Their prediction on pricing really hasn’t panned out.  I think the PerfectLaser was an easier product to dial in and use.  But the cheaper DiHorse was still around $20k per 100watt.   Keep in mind the video only showed the gun.  There is what is about the size of an older 200amp MiG welder  on wheels that powers the gun/head and supplies the vacuum.  

They have become common in plating and powder coating shops still doing business in CA as the tree huggers continue to make life miserable for them.
